In the third quarter of 2022, the top five fitness and weight loss applications on the iOS platform in the United States exhibited notable trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here's a detailed look at their performance, based on data from Sensor Tower.

MyFitnessPal: Calorie Counter experienced a strong performance in weekly revenue, peaking at around $1.7M in early July. However, the revenue saw a gradual decline towards the end of September, finishing at approximately $1.5M. Weekly downloads for the app showed a descending trend, starting at 84K at the end of June and dropping to about 66K by the last week of September. The app's weekly active users also showed a slight decline, from 3.6M to 3.3M over the quarter.

onX Hunt: GPS Hunting Maps saw a consistent increase in weekly revenue, reaching nearly $1.2M by the end of September. Weekly downloads for the app also surged, starting from 8.6K at the end of June and rising to 33.7K by the last week of September. The number of weekly active users grew steadily, from around 70K to 95K over the same period.

The number of weekly active users remained stable, averaging around 850K throughout the quarter.
